Loanhead is definitely a competition yard and offers a whole range of shows across a wide range of levels. We run fortnightly show-jumping training evenings open to all levels to include adults and children, minimus riders to 1.10m opens.
Loanhead is the central venue for several riding clubs to hold unaffiliated show-jumping and dressage competitions held every month or so.
Summer gymkhanas are held onsite both indoor and outdoors, depending on the season.
Loanhead is also an accredited BSJA venue and hosts major show-jumping competitions throughout the year. Once a year Loanhead hosts the highly prestigieous City of Aberdeen Show which takes place over a three-day period in the month of July. Click here for latest show results.
